Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ChemOps Sentinel is a product of Hendursaga, a brand operated by NTH MOMENT, a company registered in India.

In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to NTH MOMENT. "You" refers to any individual who visits our websites or uses our services.

2. What data we collect

2.1 Account and signup data

When you sign up for ChemOps Sentinel or join a waitlist, we collect:

• Full name and job title
• Work email address
• Company name
• Preferred dashboard URL (optional)
• Description of your monitoring use case (optional)

2.2 Service usage data

When you use ChemOps Sentinel, we collect:

• Alert configuration and source URLs you add to the system
• Scan history and alert logs generated by the monitoring service
• Dashboard activity (actions performed, settings changed)
• IP address and approximate location for security and access control

2.3 Payment data

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment instrument details. We receive and store:

• Payment confirmation and transaction reference
• Subscription status and billing period
• Billing email address

2.4 Website usage data

When you visit our websites, standard web server logs are recorded, including:

• Pages visited and time of visit
• Browser type and operating system
• Referring URL
• IP address

We do not use third-party analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics) on our websites.

3. How we use your data

We use the data we collect to:

• Provision and operate your ChemOps Sentinel account
• Send regulatory change alerts, digest emails, and service notifications
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Respond to support requests and account queries
• Send onboarding and product guidance emails
• Notify waitlist members when a product becomes available
• Detect and prevent unauthorised access or abuse
• Improve the reliability and performance of our services

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating and improving ChemOps Sentinel.

4. Legal basis for processing

Where the GDPR or equivalent legislation applies, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance — processing necessary to provide the service you have signed up for
• Legitimate interests — service security, fraud prevention, and product improvement
• Consent — waitlist signups and optional communications
• Legal obligation — where we are required to retain records by law

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third-party service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate the service:

• Razorpay — payment processing and subscription management
• Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional email delivery (alerts, onboarding, digests). Brevo processes email addresses and message content.

Both providers operate under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not share your data with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.

6. How long we keep data

• Account data — retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, then deleted on request or automatically
• Alert and scan logs — retained for 90 days by default, configurable per account
• Payment records — retained for 7 years as required by Indian accounting law
• Waitlist entries — retained until the product launches or you request removal
• Web server logs — retained for 30 days then automatically purged

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@nthmoment.in. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

8. Cookies and tracking

Our marketing website (hendursaga.com) does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. No cookie consent banner is required.

The ChemOps Sentinel dashboard (sentinel.hendursaga.com) uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie:

• Is set only after you authenticate
• Expires after 8 hours of inactivity
• Is HTTP-only and cannot be accessed by JavaScript
• Is not used for tracking or advertising

9. International data transfers

Our servers are located in the United States (hosted infrastructure). If you are accessing ChemOps Sentinel from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data transfer restrictions, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards. For questions about international transfers, contact privacy@nthmoment.in.

10. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including:

• TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Hashed password storage — we never store passwords in plain text
• Per-client data isolation — each client's data is stored in a separate database
• IP allowlisting for dashboard access (optional, configurable per account)
• Session tokens with automatic expiry

No system is completely secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to rmsc@nthmoment.in.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email.

Continued use of ChemOps Sentinel after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
